Franklin Public Works Offices/Maintenance Facility, City of Franklin, Tennessee

The electrical design provided for the full renovation of two previous warehouse, office, and maintenance buildings totaling 52,000sf to house the City’s Public Works Department (offices and Maintenance). Project included new electrical services and the addition of an emergency generator, interior and site lighting, fire alarm, and security. Code deficiencies were addressed in the two buildings for reuse of existing electrical components and insure interface with new electrical systems.
