Metro Nashville Police Department, Nashville, Tennessee

This new 172,000 sf administrative headquarters and maintenance garage for the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) and the new police precinct is on the same new site of the former Peterbilt trucking property. The new $16 million site was home to the new maintenance facility which featured new bus washers, a body shop with paint booth, transmission and brake shop, parts and shipping area, and administrative support offices to serve as a full-service bus maintenance facility. Project involved extensive renovation and new construction with design activities in electrical systems and security systems.
